Shipping policy

We deliver our Products to UAE and GCC countries with a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE usually takes 1 – 2 business days, and from 4 to 14 business days to GCC countries depending on the shipping method.

Shipping Process Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days with the exception of pre-orders

Shipping Time:

  • Local UAE – 1-2 business days
  • GCC countries – 4-14 business days

Business days do not include weekend (Friday-Saturday) or holidays. Orders placed on Thursday 12:00PM will begin processing on the following Sunday. 

Please provide full address along with the contact details in English to avoid any delivery delay.

  • GCC countries by Air 
    • Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and box dimensions 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

CHIBI NONO GIFTS TRADING is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer 

 

PREORDERS:

Preorder Policy

  1. Payment: Full payment is required to secure your preorder.

  2. Delivery Date: The estimated delivery date for preordered items will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that this date is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.

  4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued if the product becomes unavailable or if there is a significant delay in delivery. If you wish to cancel your preorder, please contact us immediately.

  5. Shipping: Preordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

  6. Returns: We do not accept returns for preorder items unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
