No Return Policy:
We do not accept returns for products; However, refunds may apply under certain conditions.
Refunds Policy:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
- Damaged or defective product: If you have received a product that is damaged during shipping, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the damaged item. Exceptions: Secondhand items are not eligible for a refund. Snacks (such as candies and chips) due to their perishable nature. These items may melt or be affected by shipping conditions, as well as storage conditions maintained by either the courier company or the customer.
- Incorrect item: If you have received a different product from what you have placed, we will issue a refund for the incorrect item.
- Please note that receiving a full wrong package doesn't fall under Incorrect item eligibility. This might be due to receiving the wrong package or a label mistake by the third-party courier. Please contact the courier and CHIBI NONO as soon as possible to resolve this issue

To initiate a refund request:
- Contact us at hello@chibinono.ae within 48hours of receipt and mention the issue clearly, along with relevant images for the damaged product.
- We will assess the request and determine if it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.
- If your request is approved, we will process the refund at no additional cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

No Refunds for Other Reasons:
- We do not offer refunds for reasons other than those mentioned above. Including but not limited to, changed mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction that does not fall under the categories of "damaged" or "incorrect".
Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellation.
